Our team of experts finds a qualified tenant to reside in your property when required. Tenants are chosen through a thorough background check. We run credit history, criminal history, personal references, bank statements, and place of employment to qualify responsible tenant.

Once the tenant is chosen to carry out the lease, we will coordinate the date they will move into the property. If the property is furnished we will make a detailed inventory list to ensure everything is returned at move out. All properties will also include a detailed walk through with the conditions of all bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen or any other applicable area in the property. Photos will be taken so we can compare the conditions of the property before and after move in/ move out.

In conclusion, we manage the property from the date of delivery to the end of the tenancy. We handle each property with quality care and professionalism. This service is provided even to tenants who were residing in the property before being taken into our possession.
